We fabricate telecommunication towers.

A telecommunication tower is a tall structure designed to support electrical communication equipment and antennae, allowing surrounding areas to use wireless communication devices like radio, television and telephones.

As a trusted telecommunication infrastructure provider in Kenya, Steelpro Engineering designs and installs self-supporting and guyed telecommunications towers for mobile networks, radio stations, and internet service providers. Our engineered steel towers meet industry standards for stability, wind resistance, and durability, ensuring optimal signal transmission for telecommunication networks.

Free Standing Towers

These are segmentally designed with rectangular or triangular base. Due to this robust design, they can comfortably support large loads of equipment and can withstand strong winds. Due to the type of base, they require a relatively large area to build. They can be built on the ground or on existing buildings.

Monopoles

These are single poles that can be tubular section design or tapered. They are mostly used for wireless communication. The visual impact resulting from these poles are minimal which results in a shorter construction time.
Each section of the monopole is welded or bolted together with the largest diameter at the bottom.

Guyed Towers

These are slender steel structures supported by one or more levels of braided or stranded steel cables that anchor to the ground. They are versatile and easy to install.

Choosing the correct Tower for you next project

The type and height of a communication tower is determined by the following:

The type of communication equipment to be mounted

The directional characteristics of the antenna array on site.

The frequency of the signal in use.

Nearby buildings and vegetation.

The surrounding landscape.

The local geographical and regulatory factors

The rated power of the transmitter
